D&M Plastics, an injection molding company that specializes in tight-tolerance, highly-engineered, precision parts for the medical, electronic, defense, aerospace, and automotive industries, is poised for even more growth with new hires to complement expanded capacity, and increased capabilities.  

Joining the D&M Leadership Team are Pam Fisher as Manufacturing Manager as Senior Quality Engineer and Brian Wood as Project Engineer. The three newest team members have been brought in to help manage increased customer growth demands while adding capacity for the next three years and beyond.

As Manufacturing Manager, Pam Fisher brings her decades of experience as a molding process specialist to the D&M Leadership Team where she will manage all aspects of the production floor while mentoring and managing day to day operations for each shift. Fisher is a leader with extensive lean manufacturing and robotics training and is a  specialist in optimization and efficient production practices.  

As Senior Quality Engineer brings a level of experience and excellence to the D&M Leadership Team only found in Six Sigma specialists like him. Mounsey’s engineering and management experience and his focus on continuous improvement, policy and procedures, mean quality solutions for every customer, and every part produced.  

Project Engineer Brian Wood adds his 20+ years of experience maximizing quality, productivity and profitability to the D&M team by aligning manufacturing operations and best practices with customer goals and objectives.
